This scarecrow works for Zephyr Northwind.
It’s urgent that Kat de Claw speaks to the Weather Wizards to explain why her shrubbery is wilting. She must start with the fall Wizard, Zephyr Northwind, but he’s quite hard to get a hold of. Apparently he uses scarecrows as his assistants. If you can find one of his scarecrow assistants in the woods, he’ll be able to tell you how to summon Zephyr Northwind. She’d be so grateful if you could help!
Note: You must complete Garden Guru and Wilted Shrubbery first in order to do this mission.

It isn’t about getting a cool power just knowing you helped the dizzywood citizens and helped the dizzywood environment… but a power is still a good thing.
