There are very few details about Emperor Withering’s past, however due to the hard work of Spy Bear (real name classified) some few details have emerged:
Simon Withering was a human who discovered one of the portals from our world to Dizzywood many years ago. It’s not known where he went or what he did his first few years in Dizzywood. What is known is that one day a wall appeared in what had once been a quiet field with a sign that said the land behind the wall was now called Witherland. Menacing robots and vile monsters soon spread out from the gates of Witherland attacking villages and towns and proclaiming that all lands of Dizzywood to be the solemn domain of Emperor Withering. Announcements went out by way of ghoul messengers that outlawed any and all frivolous activities — music, art, festivals, skateboarding, kite flying, singing, dancing, etc. The various mayors, presidents, kings, queens, pharoahs, sultans, magistrates, and poobahs of Dizzywood refused. They’ve been at war with him ever since.
Withering lives in a giant glass and black steel zeppelin-city headquarters he’s named The Repugnant that floats over Dizzywood casting its ominous shadow wherever it goes. His HQ is home to his legion of mad scientists and monsters all scheming to conquer the cities and lands below them and raise the oppressive Witherland flag. It is rumored that there are Dizzywood agents who have snuck aboard the zeppelin-city and are spying on Withering, reporting the zeppelin’s whereabouts to cities on the ground, sabotaging the mad scientists’ experiments, and generally trying to undermine Withering’s attempt to conquor Dizzywood.
Underlings who have renounced their evil ways and Dizzywood spies who have gotten close to him describe Withering as an uptight overlord who’s obsessed with order, cleanliness, and all things industrial. He has an incredibly short temper and will go from quiet to raving mad in less than 2 seconds. He considers screaming at people to be his favorite hobby, next to destroying trees, and stomping on flowers.
Emperor Withering is dangerous! If you see him you should flee! Report any sightings to your nearest Militia Station, Pathfinder Outpost, or Aerialist Headquarters.

A lot of spies have checked there and well, all the reports have been negitive. Still dalrate is right he is very dangerous and he’s right about the Simon thing. For all we know he could be Simon off of American Idol! Anyway, I have a small spy group. If you want to join then report to me in the Chasm on server Twisty. If i’m not there try again some other time. Still if you dont want to join but want to be a spy, create your own group or go alone. Right now my spy team is on their own. We have to investigate EVERYONE in EVERY place. Withering could be disgused as anything. His monsters could be anywhere. He could have cameras positioned everywhere. Cutiegirl23’s report: There are more spys gathering and plotting a plan
to attack the Creature. All spys meet me todai in the tree house. If you have the money buy the gear and clothes for the plan and for the battle. (If there ever is one) Tahtahtah is right. We need to look in EVERY PLACE and ask questions to dizzywood citizens and see if they have spotted the evil withering or whatever his name is. Go to the same place as Tahtahtah.I shall be there also and I will join the spy group. We need ALOT of dizzywood citizens to help us. It also might take a while but we CANT strike at Simon first. We have to take down all his henchman and other villans before we attack Simon. If we attack Simon FIRST than we will get defeated because he has more villans and henchman. cutiegirl23, it’s nice to see someone at hand right now. you see it’s getting harder and harder to track withering down. but, here is some advice to every spy out there. you see the picture of the zepplin up in the right hand corner? i’m going to get a closer look at it. and i want no more reports of his ship being in canal city. i have heard that one enough. im sorry if i sound bossy or mean but, we have discovered that withering does have camreas hidden. we were able to dislodge them before he got some real info. in fact we’re using the same method on him right now. by the way… this is top secret info but, we suspect that withering is disgused as a dizzywood explorer. so now he is always one step ahead of us. we find out where he’s hiding, he’s not there. it’s confusing. but thank you daisyare for the information. we havent seen withering but your description will help. that is unless he’s smart enough to make his character look nothing like him. which im sure he is. but every spy who reads this, i want your COMPLETE effort! we have to track withering down, before dizzywood goes down. if we dont catch withering then the end of dizzywood is soon to come. he might be anywhere. so i suggest you dont drop portals anymore. dont talk to someone about something dizzywood is gonna do unless your texting or something. and be sure to be on the look out. im off on another investigation. and for the dizzywood creators… we need a mission that will let us see withering. it oughta make dizzywood the best thing ever. cause dizzywood rules and everyone who plays doesnt want it to be ruled by withering. but still, i want all the spies complete effort. like i said before im always on twirly or on twisty. so if your wanting to join a spy group, come find me. bye.

Heres the plan! I saw him! hes green, he wears a coat, and has like cinnamon hair. Maybe we could make a spy camera, discuise it like an evil book, try to get withering to buy the book, and when he takes it back to his air ship thing, we could spy on him! Everyone meet me on twisty at the Chasm! If you dont know where The Chasm is, you need levitation for this. First, go to prestos edge, when you see that edge thingy, float above it, then let yourself fall in! There you go!

Tahtahtah Thank you for the welcoming and I dont really think you’re being bossy. Now to me you are my commander. I have found a few clues. Here they are Tahtahtah.
1st- We have ALOT of reports about Withering and his Henchmen. And I also heard what he looks like and Were he might be. In the Tree house i have the locater on. Right now on my last log in I THINK i saw him. Not in the wraiths lair but i think in Plumbox’s Labortory. I can’t quite remember what he looked like because he was talking then dissapered.
2nd- You are correct about him being disguised as a explorer. Other citizens said he looked like SCOOTER. But the say it was just a rumor.
3rd- Now this isn a clue but I want to meet you Tahtahtah. Meet me in the tree house on Friday 12:43 P.M I would like to add you so i can tell if if I’ve seen him or his evil hench men. Now heres a HUGE report.
4th- I saw the grool grunblier while doing a mission so I got one down. I would like some help from other agents if that is possible.

Tahtahtah As I said on the last report that Simon withering was seen at a crime but, few spies saw him. He was last seen at the tree house and was next to spy bear. I logged off and went there again and he was gone. When He left I saw a note by spy bear. I picked it up and read it and it said
