There are monsters all over Canal City Road! If you have it in you to become a Monster Battler, use your Zap power and the Activated Monster Repellent to ward them off!
To obtain Activated Monster Repellent, you must complete the mission Monstrous Rumor which will reward you with the Monster Repellent. Then complete the mission Galvanize the Repellent which will activate it!
Note: This mission is no longer available, but you can complete More Activated Repellent.
