Something strange has been happening lately. The last few shipments of mulch have been tainted with some weird chemicals. When mixed with magic elixir, instead of turning into moxie mulch it becomes toxic! Not good for plants, of course. You need to investigate. First, find out what you can about the shipments. You’ll want to talk to a real airship pilot for that. This is a Gold Explorer mission.
