Background:
Octavius Rex is an octopus who found a crown in a sunken ship’s submerged treasure chest and came to the conclusion that he is king of all the Dizzywood seas.  All of Dizzywood’s underwater denizens should bow before him!  (Instead, most of the crabs, lobsters, fish, and mermaids just think Octavius is crazy.)   This behavior isn’t new for Octavius.  Previously, he found a waterlogged top hat and declared himself prime minister, found a  pair of spectacles and named himself inspector general, and uncovered a buried unicycle and told everyone in earshot that he was Octo the world’s most famous underwater clown.
